Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi is a unique B-School in the country where social service is given as much importance as academic and professional excellence. The latest innovation in this regard is collaboration with VATI, a reputed organization working in Bangalore, Mumbai and other metros to promote the academic rigour with XISS and the job placement through internships and industry experience through VATI.

XISS-VATI joint venture for academics and job placement entails a 12 month industry integrated short term programme leading to Post Graduate Certification. The initial three months will be spent at XISS with rigorous classroom learning about the basics of management. It will have industry oriented curriculum giving extensive emphasis on seminars, role plays, live-case studies and presentations skills. The remaining nine months will be spent with VATI for the full time experience as interns. At the successful completion of the course the students will have a seamless transition into jobs and industry. The students will be offered conditional offer letters right at the beginning of enrolment.
