Can I refer myself for a job?

• No, you can only apply if you are referred by someone. If you send your own resume, it is counted as a normal application.

  What happens once my friend accepts my referral?

• When your friend accepts the job and provides his resume, it is evaluated for an appropriate match against the job description and if found suitable then it is forwarded to the Client.

  Can I refer my friends resume directly, without letting them know?

• Yes,you can.We will call your friend to check his/her interest in the job and whether the qualifications match

  What are the minimum qualifications required for referring?

• The qualifications required would depend on the job descriptions open for referral.

  I am a student. Am I eligible for earning rewards?

• It does not matter what you do as long as:
  • Whoever you refer be suitable for the position.
  • Whoever you refer be at least 18 years of age.
  • That you have a bank account. Payments will not be entertained in cash.
  • You will be given an option of receiving your reward in the form of a cheque or a shopping voucher.

  How many people can I refer for each Job opening?

• You can refer as many of your contacts as you wish. But, Vati expects you to be rational while referring your friends. Job should be referred to contact, who you think matches the job description. In case we find that you are misusing the System, Vati reserves the right to bar you from taking part in the program in the future.

  What is a successful referral?

• A successful referral is when a candidate referred by you is employed by the Client and joins the company. The candidate needs to work in the company for a period of at least 30 days for the Referral process to be complete.

  How do I know when a referral has been successful?

• Vati keeps track of candidate you have referred.We also keep track of the candidate's success during the interview / hiring process.After we have confirmed information of the candidate joining & completing 30 days of service in the company, we send you an email notifying you of the same.

  What happens if the same candidate is referred by two different Referrers?

• It doesn't matter how many referral a candidate receives for a particular job. The first reference, through which we get in touch with the candidate, will be given the credit.Vati's decision is final and binding.

  When and how do I get paid?

• After we confirm that your friend has completed 30 days of service in the company , we will send you an email notifying you of your reward. You need to acknowledge this email by giving us your name, address & bank account details for us to send you a cheque. You will also have an option for receiving a shopping gift voucher of the same amount. After receiving your confirmation, the reward will be despatched within 15 days.

  Who do I refer?

• Just about any of your friends who you think is suitably qualified for a job vacancy that you see on the web site. All you need to do is send them the job description and request them to send us an email with their resume and your name as the referrer.

  Are all jobs eligible for referral rewards?

• Depends on the jobs open for referral during a given week.Please call Chidanand as mentioned above to know which jobs are open for referral.

  In a month how many referrals can I make?

• As many as you want. But think first, because this is about quality, not quantity. You get nothing at all from referring your whole address book to every job you see. One good candidate is all you need to be successful.

  Is there a guarantee that I will be paid the reward amount?

• Yes, as long as the company has successfully hired your friend & your friend has completed 30 days of service in the company.

  Will the company know my real name as referrer? Will they know more?

• No, the company will not be able to view any of your personal details. However, you will need to fill in your details to be able to collect your reward, as the cheque will be made out to the name you have provided.

  Can I refer a friend already referred once?

• Not to the same job. But every referral has a 90 day expiry period. If your friend does not take any action on a referral then you can refer him for the same job after it expires.
